We have a rare approach to selling bicycles at Lodi Bicycle Café. Your purchase of a new bike begins with a fitting assessment, either on your existing bike or on one of our shop models. We do this so that we can analyze your body measurements, existing position, riding style, riding goals, and budget in order to determine the optimal frame size, component composition, and wheels. You will receive several bike build options to choose from. Once you select your build, we order your bike.

When we receive your bike, we meticulously inspect the bike and all the components. First, we inspect the frame's alignment on our surface plate. Once we know the frame is true, we inspect every component before we install it. On average, we spend 4 hours building a new bike, 6 hours if we are also building wheels as well. While we have the skill to rush a build, we prefer not to.

For new bike purchases, the fitting is included in the price of the bike. We encourage new cyclists to return 90 days after the purchase for follow-up adjustments; experienced cyclists can come in as needed.

Zero 7

The Zero.7 is the lightest bike Wilier Triestina has ever produced, and it was created with one goal in mind: to set a new standard for the most sophisticated race bikes. Zero.7 takes full advantage of BB386EVO, a new integrated bottom bracket designed by Wilier in collaboration with FSA. The box containing the bottom bracket is wider and has a larger diameter than the traditional standards. The result is increased stiffness while enabling weight savings, which equates to better power transfer and efficiency.

The introduction of our Zero.7 also marks the first implementation of an exclusive Wilier technology: S.E.I. Film. The injection of a proprietary viscoelastic film between the layers of carbon fiber increases vibration absorption and impact resistance, making the frame stronger and safer, and its ride more comfortable. S.E.I. has also enabled us to shave weight, as the presence of this film reduces the need for intermediate modulus carbon. The Zero.7's tapered head tube (from 1 1/8" to 1 1/4") further enhances front end stability, providing the perfect balance of lateral stiffness, comfort and precision handling. The combination of all these features makes for one thing: speed.

Cento1 Superleggera Racing

A full-on race machine. All aspects of its structural design and construction were realized with a singular objective: leverage every possible technological advantage toward enhanced performance. The SLR was developed for one of professional cycling's most recognized and respected teams, Lampre-ISD. Its race geometry features a longer top tube and shorter head tube, resulting in optimal aerodynamics and handling at speed for aggressive riding and racing. Our integrated bottom bracket design boasts a superlight CNC machined aluminum sleeve molded into the monocoque carbon during final curing. The head tube features in-molded monocoque carbon headset cups. This shaves additional weight while providing stable and confidence-inspiring handling.

Cento1 Superleggera

The search for the ultimate superlight racing machine doesn't mean sacrificing strength and efficiency. At least not when superlight is spelled Superleggera. Our SL leverages the most sophisticated carbon, nano-resin, manufacturing and structural design technologies to yield a bike as strong and resilient as it is lightweight and fast. We didn't stop there; in addition to our trademark ZnO, LIT, 46 Ton and 60 Ton features, we added Special Weave to dampen road vibrations for unequaled comfort at this level of performance. The final touch: ultralight paint. Our Cento1 Superleggera is the ultimate race machine – the choice of Team Lampre because of its extraordinary balance of light weight, lateral stiffness, strength, and dampening capability.

Cento1

When you say Wilier, you think Cento1. This bike serves as an industry benchmark, as well as the model most readily identified with our halberd logo. It was created to win the world's most prestigious races, and has developed a cult following among riders of all levels. What makes this bike a category standout are its numerous and innovative features – all developed and implemented to enhance performance. These include an oversize and integrated bottom bracket design, continuous and asymmetric stays, a unified rear triangle, an integrated seatmast and the implementation of 46 Ton carbon. The Cento1 has, and always will, represent the perfect balance of light weight and strength, and perhaps more than any other model in our history, the Wilier Triestina brand.

Imperiale

Unique in its styling, cycling editors have gone so far as to say that the Imperiale defines the aero road category. The frame's aerodynamic lines, orientation and tube shapes were all studied, determined and validated in the wind tunnel. At the same time, our engineers ensured that its ride quality would be worthy of the Wilier Triestina 106-year heritage of performance. In addition to the shaped head tube as well as airfoil down tube, seat tube and seatpost, the Imperiale's chainstays are joined to the underside of its bottom bracket, forming two aerodynamic "splitters". The continuous stays have also been contoured to manage the frame's final interaction with airflow as they guide it past the spinning rear wheel.

Gran Turismo

PERFECTLY BALANCED PERFORMANCE Our GranTurismo is a popular choice for uncompromising recreational riders and discerning amateur racers. The frame's Smooth Rear Design dampens and dissipates vibrations over all kinds of road surfaces. The Razor Edge Design overlaps top and down tubes at the head tube to form a single, integrated and reinforced unit. Combined with the unique lines of the specially structured fork, we've optimized lateral stiffness and front end stability for quick accelerations as well as smooth, precise handling at speed.

Izoard XP

The Izoard has been a top selling Wilier Triestina model for several years. It typifies the brand's emphasis on styling and ride quality while representing an amazing value. Our efforts to offer a comfort bike that is as race-ready as it is affordable were validated with an Outside Magazine Gear of the Year award. Our XP version benefits from an outer layer of unidirectional carbon fiber, while its proprietary fork is designed and contoured specifically to enhance the bike's superior handling. For 2012, the Izoard XP will be available in two color graphics that convey Italian refinement as well as passion for speed.
