We have a rare approach to selling bicycles at Lodi Bicycle Café. Your purchase of a new bike begins with a fitting assessment, either on your existing bike or on one of our shop models. We do this so that we can analyze your body measurements, existing position, riding style, riding goals, and budget in order to determine the optimal frame size, component composition, and wheels. You will receive several bike build options to choose from. Once you select your build, we order your bike.
When we receive your bike, we meticulously inspect the bike and all the components. First, we inspect the frame's alignment on our surface plate. Once we know the frame is true, we inspect every component before we install it. On average, we spend 4 hours building a new bike, 6 hours if we are also building wheels as well. While we have the skill to rush a build, we prefer not to.
For new bike purchases, the fitting is included in the price of the bike. We encourage new cyclists to return 90 days after the purchase for follow-up adjustments; experienced cyclists can come in as needed.

Pinarello DOGMA Carbon 60HM1K Torayca®
Ready for Dura-Ace Di2
DOGMA 60.1 is Pinarello's great new idea for beginning a new generation of frames that will revolutionize the concept of racing bicycles. DOGMA 60.1 is the first completely asymmetric racing frame.
The parts on the right side have different shapes and sections than the parts on the left. This is a true innovation in the cycling world and the point of no return for fans of extreme performance.
The Dogma 60.1 features 60HM1K carbon, an Onda™ Carbon 60HM1K 1 1⁄8" - 1 1⁄4" integral system fork, an Onda™ FP Carbon 60HM1K rear stay, and a Most® Croxover bottom bracket.
Weight for raw frame: 950 grams (Size 54) Sizes: 50, 51.5, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57.5, 59.5

Pinarello KOBH® 60.1 Carbon 60HM1K Torayca®
Ready for Dura-Ace Di2
The new KOBH® 60.1 frame was created in collaboration with the Sky Pro Cycling team to confront the northern Classics. This brand new project exploits all the extraordinary technologies introduced with the Dogma 60.1. The frame has asymmetric sections to support the different stresses that occur during the pedal strokes.
The most important differences between Kobh and Dogma 60.1 frame include the seat angle with an inclination of approximately one degree less, the reduced steering angle that varies from 0.5 degrees of difference on the smaller frames to 1.5 degrees on the larger frames. The seat stay is slimmer, a special curvature was used for the stays, and the classic Onda monostay has been abandoned. The spaces for the wheel passage have been broadened in order to mount tires of larger diameter in the event of difficult terrains.
The KOBH 60.1 features a 60HM1K carbon frame, an Onda™ FPK1 Carbon 60HM1K 1 1⁄8" - 1 1⁄4" integral system fork, Century Ride™ 60HM1K carbon rear stays, and a Most Croxover bottom bracket.
Weight for raw frame: 1020gr (Size 53) Sizes: 45, 48, 51.5, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58 |

Pinarello Paris® 50-1.5 Carbon 50HM1.5K Torayca®
Monocoque - BoB 526
PARIS has construction features identical to DOGMA: it is produced using the EPS system and employs the Torayca 50HM1.5K Carbon with Nanoalloy technology. The visual differences compared to DOGMA are the absence of the narrowing on the fork, on the seat stay, and on the sensitive parts of the frame, and the chain stays that are straight instead of curved.
Designed and constructed with the Pinarello LAB's SOE System (Simulation, Optimize, Evolution), Paris is compact and has harmonious lines. PARIS mounts the Onda™ FPK fork derived from the DOGMA FPX1, with 1 1/8" to 1 1/4" coning on the fork head. Onda™ FPK rear monostay, asymmetric rear forks, and our tried and true Most® Croxover oversize bottom bracket.
The raw frame size 54 weighs approximately 1040 grams. PARIS Asymmetric considerably raises the quality level of bikes considered by price to be "second-tier", and its structural characteristics, the materials used, and the construction technologies applied situate it well above the multi-awarded PRINCE of 2009 and therefore much higher than other frames of its price segment.
The Paris 50-1.5 features a 50HM1.5K carbon frame, Onda Carbon 50HM1.5K 1 1⁄8" - 1 1⁄4;" integral system fork, Onda FP Carbon 50HM1.5K rear stays, and a Most Croxover bottom bracket.
Weight for raw frame: 1040 grams (Size 54) Sizes: 50, 51.5, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57.5, 59.5 |

Pinarello FPQUATTRO Carbon 30HM12K
Monocoque - BoB Glass 514
FPQUATTRO Asymmetric is the impressive sister of PARIS 50.1.5. The FPQUATTRO project further defines Pinarello's strategy to adopt asymmetry across its entire collection. Pinarello FPQUATTRO derives directly from the DOGMA frame but uses the ultra-reliable, proven 30HM12K carbon of the FP3 and many other Pinarello models.
Designed with the Pinarello LAB's SOE System (Simulation, Optimize, Evolution), it's an exceptional evolution of the FP3 in an asymmetric version to exploit the new technology successfully introduced by DOGMA.
The FPQUATTRO frame is monocoque with Onda™ FPK1 monostay, asymmetric rear stays, and the tried and true Most® Croxover oversize bottom bracket. In the size 54 it weighs only 1100 grams. With special attention given to the colour scheme, with 6 brand new hand-painted colours, and exclusive Most® components.
FPQuattro has the new Onda™ FPK1 fork as fifitted on the PARIS, with 1 1⁄8" to 1 1⁄4" tapering on the steering column.
Weight for raw frame: 1100 grams (Size 54) Sizes: 50, 51.5, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57.5, 59.5 |

The FCX Cross Carbon was developed
from our long and winning experience in
this fascinating but gruelling discipline.
The rugged terrain and the often bad
weather require a strong and sturdy
vehicle that cyclists can always count
on. The bike must withstand all kinds of
stresses but should also be light enough
to be easily shouldered and then once
again pounced upon and ready to pedal
away.
The FCX Cross Carbon is a light but
sturdy frame, responsive in quick, tricky
sections and precise in the more ridable
stretches.
Full-carbon 30HM12K monocoque
frame, available in 2 hand-painted
colours, Red and Blue, in 6 sizes
including a Sloping version.
