We have a rare approach to selling bicycles at Lodi Bicycle Café. Your purchase of a new bike begins with a fitting assessment, either on your existing bike or on one of our shop models. We do this so that we can analyze your body measurements, existing position, riding style, riding goals, and budget in order to determine the optimal frame size, component composition, and wheels. You will receive several bike build options to choose from. Once you select your build, we order your bike.
When we receive your bike, we meticulously inspect the bike and all the components. First, we inspect the frame's alignment on our surface plate. Once we know the frame is true, we inspect every component before we install it. On average, we spend 4 hours building a new bike, 6 hours if we are also building wheels as well. While we have the skill to rush a build, we prefer not to.
For new bike purchases, the fitting is included in the price of the bike. We encourage new cyclists to return 90 days after the purchase for follow-up adjustments; experienced cyclists can come in as needed.

The benchmark design and construction of a Gran Tour bike.
Bianchi's proprietary blend of X-Tex, Nano-Tube, WMP, and UTSS selectively stiffens and strengthens our most advanced carbon frame.
BB30 technology rapidly transfers power to the rear wheel while the oversize bottom bearing in our well-sculpted headtube keeps steering intuitive and on-mark.
The Oltre cheats the wind with internal cable routing and proven aerodynamic design features found at the headtube, fork, aero seatpost, and around the rear wheel seattube cut-out.
Intuitive and fast, you’ll be on the brakes sooner than expected as you bridge the next group up the road. |

A new aluminum Road Frame for 2012: The Impulso.
The main feature of this frame (part of the C2C — Coast to Coast “family”) is the use of the Triple Hydroformed Technology (an exclusive to Bianchi): the top and head tube undergo a hydroformation process, are then welded and fused together into a monocoque structure, and finally go through a second hydroformation process.
The final outcome is an overall improvement of the frame’s stiffness, combined with aesthetical upgrade, with the elimination of the welding effect in the steering area. |

Infinito: A bike without limits: optimal riding position, completely ergonomic, and the latest technology.
Bianchi’s exclusive design elements like BAT and K-VID are used to reduce road vibration and rider fatigue. The Infinito’s geometry provides a comfortable ride over longer distances with higher rider position and slightly longer chainstays. But the Infinito does not sacrifice performance, as proven by podium spots in field sprints in races like the Giro as well as spring classics.
Available in a variety of build options to suit different budgets. |

In Bianchi history, the original "la dama bianca" (lady in white) was an elegant companion to Il Campionissimo, Fausto Coppi, in the 1940s and 1950s. Today, the Dama Bianca series is made to honor women who live and love riding. Geometries and other details are designed around women’s distinctive needs, but the bikes are pure Bianchi performance. |
